Trovare la calma, almeno per un giorno. Lasciarsi abbracciare dall’onda emotiva astratta. Lavorare sulla propria consapevolezza, nei gesti minimi e quotidiani, in cucina, sotto la doccia, nello spazio domestico quando sembra esserci nemico, nello snodarsi ipercinetico del traffico urbano, nella passeggiata umida di un bosco di faggi in un giorno d’autunno, aspettando il freddo e quel suo respiro che ci trafigge come una sequenza di spilli sparati nel petto. Intanto l’inverno ha bussato.

Find calm, at least for a day. Let myrself be embraced by the abstract emotional wave. Working on my own awareness, in the smallest, everyday gestures, in the kitchen, in the shower, in the domestic space when it seems hostile, in the hyperkinetic flow of urban traffic, in a damp walk through a beech forest on an autumn day, waiting for the cold and its breath that pierces us like a sequence of pins shot into our chest. Meanwhile, winter has knocked.
